Artist's names, signatures do not carry warranty & are not
guaranteed unless Certificate of Authenticity accompanies lot,
provenance provided when available. VA Online Liquidations & its
representatives do not claim any expertise. Any condition statement is
given as a courtesy to a client, it is only an opinion and should not be
treated as a statement of fact. VA Online Liquidations shall have nor
responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition
statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or
completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of
aging. Any dispute of purchase must be made within 5 days of sale. VA
Online Liquidations assesses a Buyer's Premium, which will be added to

Removal dates and times are posted. By bidding on an item, you agree to
remove that item according to the scheduled dates and times for the
auction. Please do not bid if you are unable to have your items removed
according to the schedule. Any items remaining after the scheduled
pick up / removal dates will be considered abandoned property and
bidders agree that they are not entitled to any refund, credit, or
adjustment. VA Online Liquidations will have the option of re-selling,
removing, storing, donating, or disposing of any items not removed
within the specified time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies,
legal, collection, transportation, and storage expenses associated with
delinquent accounts or abandoned items. We do not ship items. You are
solely responsible for removal for all items purchased at the auction.
Payment is due at the end of each sale! We accept all major credit
cards. The purchaser will be held responsible for any and all
fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage
charges. Fraudulent credit cards used for purchases will be reported to
the authorities and will be prosecuted by VA Online Liquidations to the fullest extent
of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face
immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will
be reported to other galleries. Buyer's who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees
gallery may incur. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of
collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By
participating in VA Online Liquidations through the internet bidders
consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held.
Any dispute between bidder and VA Online Liquidations shall be resolved
before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of
Virginia. All invoices for merchandise must be paid within specified
times. We will not be responsible for items after that date. Bidders also agree to all forms of communication for Auction Information & Invoicing by all means to include but not limited to: Phone, Texting, Emails, Etc. I
